The dignitaries present on the occasion included the Secretary (Tourism), Government of Maharashtra Shri Sanjay Khandare, who was the Chief Guest on the occasion, along with the Chief and Founder, School of European Pastry Shri Vikas Bagul who was the Guest of Honour, Regional Director (Western & Central Region), IndiaTourism Shri Mohamed Farouk, and Principal In-charge, IHM Mumbai Smt.
