L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-12012024-251310 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D2H0x1x2x0 24-251310 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 32] नई किल्ली, िुक्रवार, िनवरी 12, 2024/पौि 22, 1945 No. 32] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 12, 2024/PAUSHA 22, 1945 कृजि एव ं ककसान कल्याण मत्रं ालय (कृजि एव ं ककसान कल्याण जवभाग) अजधसचू ना नई किल्ली, 11 िनवरी, 2024 सा.का.जन. 37(अ).—कीटनािी जनयम, 1971 का और सिं ोधन करने के जलए प्रारूप जनयम, कीटनािी अजधजनयम, 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 36 की अपेक्षानसु ार, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (1) में, भारत सरकार के कृजि और ककसान कल्याण मंत्रालय (कृजि और ककसान कल्याण जवभाग) की अजधसूचना संखयांक सा.का. जन. 671 (अ), तारीख 15 जसतंबर, 2023 द्वारा प्रकाजित ककए गए थे, जिसमें ऐसे सभी व्यजियों स,े जिनके इसस े प्रभाजवत होने की संभावना थी, उस तारीख स,े जिसको उस रािपत्र की प्रजतया,ं जिसमें उि अजधसूचना प्रकाजित की गई थी, पन्द्रह किन की अवजध की समाजि के पहले, आक्षेप या सझु ाव आमंजत्रत करन े के जलए िनसाधारण को उपलब्ध करा िी गई थीं; और उि अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां िनता को 15 जसतंबर, 2023 को उपलब्ध करा िी गई थीं; और उि प्रारूप जनयमों की बाबत िनता स े प्राि आक्षेपों या सुझावों पर केंरीय सरकार द्वारा जवचार कर जलया गया ह:ै 258 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] अतः, अब, केंरीय सरकार, कीटनािी अजधजनयम, 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 36 द्वारा प्रित िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कीटनािी जनयम, 1971 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाात ्:- 1. संजक्षि और प्रारंभ- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षि नाम कीटनािी (प्रथम संिोधन) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंग े। 2. कीटनािी जनयम, 1971 म,ें जनयम 19 के उपजनयम (3) के स्ट्पष्टीकरण म,ें खंड (1) म,ें “छह” िब्ि के स्ट्थान पर "नौ" िब्ि रखा िाएगा। [फा. सं. 13035/33/2019-पीपी-1] आिीि कुमार श्रीवास्ट्तव, संयुक्त सजचव (पीपी) टटप्प ण: मूल जनयम, भारत के रािपत्र असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में संखयांक सा.का.जन. 1650(अ), तारीख 19 अक्टूबर, 1971 द्वारा प्रकाजित ककए गए थ े और सा.का.जन. संखयांक 921(अ) तारीख 28 किसंबर, 2023 द्वारा अंजतम बार संिोधन ककए गए। MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi dated the 11th January, 2024 G.S.R. 37(E).— Whereas the draft rules further to amend the Insecticides Rules, 1971, was published, as required by section 36 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) number G.S.R. 671(E), dated the 15th September, 2023, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (i), inviting objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India in which the said notification was published were made available to the public; And whereas, copies of the said notification were made available to the public on 15th September, 2023; And whereas, objections or suggestions received from the public in respect of the said draft rules have been considered by the Central Government; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Insecticides Rules, 1971, namely :- 1. Short Title and Commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Insecticides (First Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Insecticides Rules, 1971, in rule 19, in sub-rule (3), in “Explanation”, in clause (i), for the word “six”, the word “nine” shall be substituted. [F.
