‘Accident investigation Burena (AAIB) reserees its rights to terminate the contract/services

13. There will be a review of the performance of the incumbent after one year and depending

basis of outcome of the review. The contract can be extended for a maximum of four years beyond
the original contact period of one year. The total period ofc ontrac including extension, if any,

NATURE OF DUTIES

PLACE OF DUTY
3.1 The place of appointment shall be the Headquarters of Aircraft Accident Investigation
Bureau (AAIB), New Delhi
32 ‘The consultant, if required to proceed on tours to any place in India in connection with any
‘work assigned by the AAIB, shal be as per the entitlements ofthe Government officers at the evel

WORKING HOURS
4.1. Working hours shall be in accordance with the orders of the Government of India on the
subject from time to time or working hours of AATB. They shall mark their attendance in BAS
system mandatorly and failing which may result in deduction of remuneration

REMUNERATION / FEE
5.1 During the period of contract, the Consultant shall be paid a fixed remuner as per
{guidelines given in DaE OM 3-25/2020-F.1ILA dated 09 December 2020 or any sidelines issued
by Govt ofI ndia in this regard from time to time.
52 ‘No Work No Pay’ will be applicable during the pend ofe ngagement.
5.3 The remunerations shall he peid by direct hank transfer/Account Payee Cheque or by any
‘other menns, as may be decided by the Governmefrnotm time to time.

ALLOWANCES / FACILITIES.
6.1 Allowancwelsl be given as per guidelines contained in Ministry of Finanee, Department of
Expenditure’s OM 3-25/2020-F.IITA dated 09 December 2020 or any guidelines issued by Govt
of india i this regard from time to time.
DEDUCTIONS.
71 AAIB shall not be responsible for non-statutory deductions like insurance premium ete. It
shall be responsibility of the consultant to keep hisher insurance current.
LEAVE
8.1 The leave entitlement wil be governed ss per Ministry of Finance, Department of
Expenditure OM No. 3-28/2020 ~ ELIA dated 9 December 2020 or any guidelines ieaed by
Govt of indian this rar. The Consultant shall nt be eed o any remuneration for the period

8.2__In the event of absence on the ground of sickness (for more than 03 days), the Consultant
shall be requized to submit a medical and fimess certificate,

CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE
9.1 ‘The Corsaltant should maintain absolute integrity and devotion 10 duty at all times and
should not indulge in any activity which adversely affect the functioning of the AAIB or

9.2 Being on contract service of AAtThe Boffi,cer shall not participate directly or indirect
‘any form of manner whatsoever, in trade union activities, which may render hindrance in or
‘betacies in discharging the assigned work or violates any of the Govemment Acts, Rules or
Regulations or Onlers issued fom time to time. He shall be liable for suitable action in case of
violation,
9.3 During the period of histher engagement with AATB, he/she shall not engage in any
employment elsewhere.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
10.1. The individual (includinangy member(s) of his/her family®) who witos apphly forthe post

11.1 All information, documents, drawing ete. whether in physical form or in electronic form
shall be of proprietary ownership ofthe AAIB and he_she shail not disclose the same to any person
for persons or Fitms ete. unless required to do so in due discharge of his official duties with prior
permission/approval
12. GENERAL

13. MODIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACT
13 The terms and conditions of this offer may be altered or modified by the AAIB in public
interest without any prior notice in accordance with the policy of the Government of India.
