Short title and Commencement. - (1) This order may be called the Public Utility Services (First Order) 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the 14th day of April, 2024. 2. The Central Government hereby declares the services engaged in the Iron Ore Mining to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a further period of six months with effect from 14th April, 2024.
