Member under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 5: Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, ex officio; 2. Member under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 5: Minister of Health and Family Welfare (Medical Education), Government of Karnataka, ex officio; 3. Member under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 5: Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, ex officio; Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 4.
