(cid:315)(cid:175)ೇಷ (cid:170)ಾಜ(cid:205) ಪ(cid:294)(cid:206)(cid:144)ೆ ¨Ás U À – 4ಎ 19 , 2025 ( , 28, , ೧೯೪7) . 733 Part – IVA BENGALURU, WEDNESDAY 19, NOVEMBER, 2025 ( KARTHIKA , 28, SHAKAVARSHA, 1947) No. 733 KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT NO:HFW 936 HSH 2021 Karnataka Government Secretariat Vikasa Soudha Bengaluru, dated:18.11.2025 NOTIFICATION Whereas the draft of the Karnataka Compulsory Service Training by candidates completed Medical Courses (Counselling, Allotment and Certification) (Amendment) Rules, 2025 was published as required by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Karnataka Compulsory Services Training by candidates completed Medical Courses Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 26 of 2015) vide Notification No. HFW 936 HSH 2024, dated: 28.08.2025 in Part-IVA of the Karnataka Gazette extra-ordinary, dated: 28.08.2025, inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected within seven days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 28.08.2025. And whereas, no objections or suggestions have been received in this regard. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Karnataka Compulsory Services Training by candidates completed Medical Courses Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 26 of 2015) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:- (1)R.N.I. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Compulsory Service Training by candidates completed Medical Courses (Counselling, Allotment and Certification) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of rule 5.- In rule 5 of the Karnataka Compulsory Service Training by candidates completed Medical Courses (Counselling, Allotment and Certification) Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in sub-rule (3-A), in clause (iv), after the words “compulsory service”, the words “or not selected any vacancy”, shall be inserted; and after the words “in the location”, the words “suo moto”, shall be inserted. 3. Amendment of rule 7.- In rule 7 of the said rules,- (a) in sub rule (3), after the words “through counseling”, the words “as per section 3A” shall be inserted; and (b) in sub rule (5), clause (b), shall be omitted.
