S.O. 2237(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour
Welfare Fund Act, 1972 (62 of 1972) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 3, rule 4 and rule 18 of the Limestone and Dolomite
Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1973, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O.660 (E), dated the 30th March, 2011, except as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee for the
administration and application of the Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour Welfare Fund for the State of Chhattisgarh
and appoints the following persons to the said Committee for a period of three years from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
