L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-11112024-258582 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D1H1x1x2x0 24-258582 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 635] नई दिल्ली, सोमवार, नवम्ब र 11, 2024/कार्तकय 20, 1946 No. 635] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2024/KARTIKA 20, 1946 कारपोरेट कार् यमत्रं ालर् अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 11 नवम् बर, 2024 सा. का. जन. 694(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनच्ु छेि 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए और कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालर्, (कंपनी अजभर्ोिक - समूह ‘ख’, रािपजत्रत, पि) भती जनर्म, 2011 को, उन बातों के जसवार् अजधक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्ह ें ऐसे अजधक्मण से पूवय दकर्ा गर्ा ह ै र्ा करने का लोप दकर्ा गर्ा है, कारपोरेट कार् य मंत्रालर् के कार्ायलर्ों म ें कंपनी अजभर्ोिक के पिों पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनर्मन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनाते ह,ैं अर्ायत्:- 1. सजं िप्त िीर्कय और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनर्मों का संजिप्त नाम कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालर्, कंपनी अजभर्ोिक, समूह ‘ख’, रािपजत्रत पि भती जनर्म, 2024 ह।ै (2) र् ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. पिों की सख्ं र्ा, वगीकरण और वते न मट्रै रक्स म ें स्ट्तर.- पिों की संख्र्ा, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स उनका स्ट्तर वह होगा िो इन जनर्मों से संलग्न अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ियष्ट ह।ै 3. भती की पद्धजत, आर्-ु सीमा और अन्र् अहतय ाए ं आदि.- उि पिों पर भती की पद्धजत, आर्-ु सीमा, अहतय ाएं और उनसे संबंजधत अन्र् बातें वह होंगी िो पूवोि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ियष्ट ह।ैं 7259 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 4. जनरहतय ा.- कोई व्यजि,- (क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि स,े जिसका पजत र्ा पत्नी िीजवत ह ैजववाह दकर्ा ह ैर्ा जववाह की संजविा की है; र्ा (ख) जिसने अपने पजत र्ा अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहत े हुए, दकसी व्यजि स े जववाह दकर्ा ह ै र्ा जववाह की संजविा की ह,ै उि पि पर जनर्ुजि का पात्र नहीं होगााः परन्त ु र्ह दक केंद्रीर् सरकार, का र्ह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐस े व्यजि और जववाह के अन्र् पिकार को लागू स्ट्वीर् जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेर् ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्र् आधार हैं, तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनर्म के प्रवतनय से छूट िे सकेगी। 5. जिजर्ल करन े की िजि.- िहां केंद्रीर् सरकार की र्ह रार् ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्र्क र्ा समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आर्ोग से परामि य करके इन जनर्मों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगय र्ा प्रवग यके व्यजिर्ों की बाबत, आििे द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त्त.- इन जनर्मों की कोई बात, ऐस े आरिण, आर्ु-सीमा में छूट और अन्र् ट्ररर्ार्तों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केंद्रीर् सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समर्-समर् पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों, अन्र् जपछडा वगों, भूतपूवय सैजनकों और अन्र् जविर्े प्रवग यके व्यजिर्ों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह।ै अनसु चू ी पि के नाम पिों की सख्ं र्ा वगीकरण वते न मट्रै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर चर्न अर्वा अचर्न पि। (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) कंपनी 120* (2024)। साधारण केन्द्रीर् वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर-7 लाग ूनहीं होता। अजभर्ोिक कार्यभार के आधार पर सेवा, समूह ‘ख’, (44,900-1,42,400 पट्ररवतयन दकर्ा िा रािपजत्रत, रुपर्े)। सकता ह।ै अनुसजचवीर् सीध े भती दकए िान े सीध े भती दकए िान े सीध े भती दकए िान े पट्ररवीिा की अवजध, भती की पद्धजत: भती वाल े व्यजिर्ों के वाल े व्यजिर्ों के जलए वाल े व्यजिर्ों के र्दि कोई हो। सीधी होगी र्ा प्रोन्नजत जलए आर् ुसीमा। अपजे ित िजै िक और जलए जवजहत आर् ु द्वारा र्ा प्रजतजनर्जु ि र्ा अन्र् अहतय ाएं और िजै िक अहतय ाए ं आमले न द्वारा और प्रोन्नत व्यजिर्ों की जवजभन्न पद्धजतर्ों द्वारा ििा म ेंलाग ू होंगी र्ा भरी िान े वाली नहीं। ट्ररजिर्ों का प्रजतितता। (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) 30 वर्य से अनजधक। दकसी मान्र्ता प्राप्त लाग ूनहीं होता। िो वर्य। सीधी भती द्वारा। जवश्वजवद्यालर् र्ा केंद्रीर् सरकार द्वारा संस्ट्र्ा स े जवजध म ें ट्रटप्पण.- सीधे भती ट्रटप्पण.- पिधारी के िारी अनुििे ों र्ा स्नातक जडग्री र्ा जवजध दकए िाने वाले प्रजतजनर्ुजि पर रहने र्ा आिेिों के अनुसार में एकीकृत जडग्री। व्यजिर्ों को पट्ररवीिा लंबी बीमारी र्ा सरकारी सेवकों के पूरी करने के जलए अध्र्र्न छुट्टी र्ा दकन्हीं जलए पांच वर् य तक ट्रटप्पणी.- अहतय ाए ं सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा अन्र् पट्ररजस्ट्र्जतर्ों म ें जिजर्ल की िा अन्र्र्ा सअर्हतय र्र्ा जवजहतय कम से कम एक वर्य र्ा उससे सकती ह।ै अभ्र्र्र्यर्ों की ििा म ें िो सप्ताह की अवजध अजधक की अवजध के कारणों के जलए का अजनवार्य प्रवेि जलए बाहर रहने के ट्रटप्पण.- आर्ु सीमा लेखबद्ध दकए िाए संघ प्रजििण सफलतापूवयक कारण हुई ट्ररजिर्ा ं अवधाट्ररत करन े की लोक सेवा आर्ोग के पूरा करना अपेजित केंद्रीर् सरकार के अधीन जनणायर्क तारीख वह जववेकानुसार जिजर्ल होगा। अजधकाट्ररर्ों में स े होगी िो संघ लोक की िा सकती ह।ै प्रजतजनर्ुजि के आधार सेवा आर्ोग द्वारा पर भरी िा सकेंगी - जवज्ञाजपत की िाए।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (क)(i) जिन्होंने जनर्जमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण दकर्ा हो; Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Prosecutor, Group ‘B’, Gazetted Posts Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of posts, their classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications etc.— The method of recruitment to the said posts, age -limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification.—No person,— (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, ex-serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
