NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th July, 2018
S.O. 3832(E).—Mission Steering Group (MSG) is the highest policy making and steering body
constituted under National Health Mission (NHM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The Union Cabinet
vide its decision dated 1st May 2013 approved the launch of National Urban health Mission (NUHM) as a
Sub-mission of an over-arching National Health Mission (NHM), with National Rural Health Mission
(NRHM) being the other Sub-mission. The Union Cabinet vide its decision dated 21.03.2018 has approved the
continuation of National Health Mission (NHM) from 01.04.2017 to 21.03.2020. In light of above decision of
the Union Cabinet, the MSG under NHM is hereby constituted with the following member:
