1. It has been brought to the notice of the Tribunal that the BharatKosh portal is still facing technical issues. Accordingly, all Advocates, Litigants and other Stakeholders are advised to make payment of filing fees through either BharatKosh (Offline Mode), which may be accessed through the following

link: https://bharatkosh.gov.in/Ministryinfo/SwachhBharatKosh, or through a Demand Draft, as specified below.

2. The DD shall be drawn in favour of "PAY AND ACCOUNT OFFICER, MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS", as applicable to the concerned Bench. The details of the concerned Pay and Accounts Officer are provided in Annexure-1.

3. It is further informed that, in case payment is made through the BharatKosh offline mode, the receipt generated shall be attached with the filing. In case payment is made through a Demand Draft, the original DD shall be submitted to the Registry of the concerned Bench.
