ORDER: Under General Rule 10(a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules read with Rule 2 of Special Rules of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries Service Rules, Dr V. Raghothama Swamy, Joint Director of Fisheries (HRD), Office of Commissioner of Fisheries, Hyderabad is promoted as Additional Director of Fisheries and posted as Principal, State Institute of Fisheries Training, Kakinada, (in the cadre of Additional Director of Fisheries) in the existing vacancy, duly relieving him from Full Additional Charge of post of Principal, State Institute of Fisheries Training, Kakinada, East Godavari District. 2. The above promotion is purely on temporary basis. He is liable to be reverted at any time without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof. 3. The above promotion is subject to the outcome of OAs/WPs/Was etc., if any pending before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal/High Court of Andhra Pradesh or any other Courts. 4.
