Read the following:- 1) From the Registrar, JNTUH Lr.No.D1/JNTUH CES/2011, Dt.3.8.2011 and 25.11.2011 2) From the Registrar, JNTUH Lr.No.JNTUH CSE/Justification Report/2012, Dt.25.2.2012. **** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Registrar, JNTUH has submitted that to reach to the rural areas of Telangana Region, the University has proposed to establish an Engineering Institution constituent to the University at Singur Village of Medak District. The proposed location i.e., Singur is well connected with the capital city at a distance of 80 Kms and 30 Kms from the district head quarters, i.e., Sanga Reddy. He has submitted a comprehensive plan for the requirement of academic & administrative block, equipment, Hostels, lab sheds, canteen, etc., and requested to permit the JNTUH to establish an Engineering Institution constituent to the JNTUH at Singur Village, Pulkal Mandal, Medak District from the academic year 2012- 2013 with (4) B.Tech., courses of 60 intake in each course. 2. The Registrar, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has submitted a justification report to start the following four B.Tech., courses in the said Engineering College:- (i) Computer Science & Engineering -- 60 seats (ii) Electronics & Communication Engineering -- 60 seats (iii) Civil and Environmental Engineering -- 60 seats (iv) Material Science and Nano Technology -- 60 seats 3. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad to establish a College of Engineering at Singoor (V), Pulkul (M), Medak District from the academic year 2012-2013 with the following (4) B.Tech., courses and the intakes as indicated against them:- (i) Computer Science & Engineering -- 60 seats (ii) Electronics & Communication Engineering -- 60 seats (iii) Civil and Environmental Engineering -- 60 seats (iv) Material Science and Nano Technology -- 60 seats Contd..2.::2:: 4.
