Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.59, Fin (BG) Dept., dated. 30-3-2001.
2. G.O.Rt.No.2957, Fin (Expr.HE) Dept., dt. 27.07.2011.
3. G.O.Rt.No.531, H.E. (UE.I) Dept., dt.30.07.2011.
4. From the Registrar, Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore,
Lr.No.VSU/5 Yr.PGIP/Budget/2012, dated.23.06.2011.

ORDER:
In the G.O.2nd read above, Government, in Finance Department, have
issued Budget Release Order, for an amount of Rs.61,87,000/- (Rupees
Sixty one lakh eighty seven thousand only) being 25% of B.E. provision for
2011-12 towards starting of Five (5) year integrated P.G. Programme in
Universities.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, an administrative sanction order was
issued for drawal of an amount of Rs.61,87,000/- (Rupees Sixty one lakh
eighty seven thousand only) as 2nd Quarter B.E. provision for 2011-12
towards starting of Five (5) year integrated P.G. Programme in Fifteen (15)
Universities in the State as per the Budget Release order issued by the
Finance Department vide G.O.2nd read above. However, no distribution was
made among the Universities.
3. In partial modification of orders issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, the
amount sanctioned at Sl.No.16 of the Annexure of the G.O.Rt.No.531, Higher
Education (UE.I) Department, dated 30.07.2011 is distributed as indicated in
the Annexure to this order.
4. All the District Treasury Officers/Pay & Accounts Officer, Hyderabad
shall adjust the amount sanctioned in Para (03) above to the P.D. Account of
the respective Universities.
