No. 217, Dt. 21-01-2012 of Finance (Expr.PW) Dept. *** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Hyderabad has requested the Government to arrange to release the balance amount of Rs. 50.00 Crores to the Corporation for payment of the suppliers bills in order to meet the schedule of vehicle procurement in time for the year 2011-12. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, the Finance Department has issued Budget Release Order for Rs. 50.00 Crores ( Rupees Fifty Crores only) towards 4th quarter from the provision in B.E. 2011-12 under Plan Head of Account towards procurement of vehicles. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs. 50.00 Crores ( Rupees Fifty Crores only ) to Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation towards procurement of vehicles. 4. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “7055 – Loans for Road Transport – MH 190- Loans to Public Sector and other undertakings - GH11 NSP - SH (05)-001 – Loans to APSRTC for purchase of Buses”. 5. The Assistant Secretary, Finance (DMC) Department is requested to draw and disburse the said amount to the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, APSRTC, Hyderabad immediately. 6.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.34889/1267/A2Expr.PW/11, Dt: 23-01-2012.
