Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.97, TR&B(BI)Dept. Dated:25-07-2011. 2. From the Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad Lr No. TA9/AEE1/IB/8641/10, dt.21-1-2012. *** ORDER:- Government have accorded administrative sanction for Rs.99.00 Lakhs for Renovation of Inspection Bungalow at Addanki, Prakasam District vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad vide reference 2nd read above has submitted that the present age of the existing old Inspection Bungalow at Addanki, Praksam District, which was constructed in 1935, is 76 years old and as such the age of the old building has exceeded the life of the Building; and that the value of the building to be written off is 0.00 (zero). 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government decided and hereby Write-Off the value i.e. Rs.0.00 (zero) of the existing old Inspection Bungalow at Addanki in Prakasam District and accord permission for dismantling the said bungalow for construction of new building. 4. The Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.3367/144/A2/Expr.PWD/12, Dated: 16-03-2012.
