ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, Sri B.P.Prem Sagar Deputy Executive
Engineer, A.P. Housing Board, Hyderabad, requested to permit him to retire from
service Voluntarily w.e.f. 10.2.2012 on personal grounds. In the reference 2nd read
above, the Vice Chairman and Housing Commissioner, A.P. Housing Board, among
other things , requested the Government to consider the request of Sri B.P.Prem Sagar
Deputy Executive Engineer, A.P. Housing Board, Hyderabad to retire from service
Voluntarily.
2. Government after careful consideration of the circumstances stated in the
references read above, hereby accord permission to Sri B.P.Prem Sagar Deputy
Executive Engineer, A.P .Housing Board, Hyderabad, to retire from service
Voluntarily with prospective effect (i.e., from the date of issue of orders) under the
provisions of Rule 43 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980.
3. The Vice Chairman and Housing Commissioner, A.P. Housing Board is
requested to take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
