Supdt, ESI Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. * * * ORDER:- In the reference 1st, 3rd and 5th read above, Government have issued articles of charges against 1) Dr. B. Aruna, CSS (Retd) 2) Dr. Bheem Rao, G. Patil, Dy.C.S (Retd) and 3) Dr. C. Aruna, CSS and in the reference 4th and 6th read above the Director of Insurance Medical Services have issued articles of charges against 1) Dr. J. Laxmi Prasad, CAS, 2) Dr. Shankari Bai, CAS 3) Dr. P. Padma, CAS,4) Dr. G. Sharada Prasad, CAS 5) Dr. Savitri, CAS and 6) Dr. Laiq Fatima, CAS, ESI Hospital, Sanathnagar were directed to furnish their explanation on the allegations of negligence, carelessness and dereliction of duties at ESI Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad to the Government within 15 days from the date of receipt of the memos. 2. In the references 2nd, 8th and 10th read above, Dr. B. Aruna and 6 other Doctors have furnished their written statements denying the charges and requested to drop further action against them. In the references 7th and 9th read above, the Director of Insurance Medical Services has furnished the acknowledgement regarding serving of articles of charges against P.T.O-2- Dr. Bheem Rao, G. Patil, Dy.C.S (Retd) and Dr. J. Laxmi Prasad, CAS ESI Hospital Sanathnagar, Hyderabad who have not submitted their written statements. 3. In the reference 11th read above, Govern ment after careful examination of the matter and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 appointed Dr. V.S. Ranganath, Special Grade Civil Surgeon, ESI Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad as Enquiry Officer to enquire and report on the charges framed against Dr. B. Aruna, CSS (Retd) and 8 other doctors of ESI Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. 4. The Enquiry Authority who has enquired has submitted the report of the enquiry through the references 12th and 13th read above. The enquiry authority after detailed enquiry held that all the charges framed against Dr. B. Aruna, CSS (Retd) and 8 other doctors are not proved. 5. Government after careful examination of the report of the inquiry authority and accept the findings and accordingly order that all the charges framed against the following doctors here by dropped. 1.
