Read:- Letter No.10/RCA-ACB-CR-1/2010 dt.30-08-2011 of the DG, ACB, Hyderabad. ******* ORDER:- Whereas the Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, A.P., Hyderabad, in his letter read above, sent a proposal seeking authorization to file an application in the court of the Prl.Spl. Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad in Cr.No. 10/RCA-ACB-CR-II/2010 u/s 13 (2) r/w 13 (1) (e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 for attachment of certain properties of Sri Avisetty Madan Mohan, formerly Executive Engineer, Quality Control, R&B, Quality Control Division, Masab Tank, Hyderabad on the allegation of corruption and acquisitions of assets disproportionate to the known sources of his legal income. 2) And whereas after careful consideration of the said proposals, there is a reason to believe that Sri Avisetty Madan Mohan, Executive Engineer, Quality Control, R&B Quality Control Division, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, has committed a scheduled offence under section 13 (2) r/w 13 (1) (e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and acquired assets disproportionate to the known sources of his legal income standing in his name and in the names of his wife, son, daughters and M/s Radhika Enterprises, represented by Smt. A. Vindya Rani, sole proprietress and wife of AO etc., 3) The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby authorize the Investigating Officer of ACB of this case for filing an application in the Court of the Prl.Spl. Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad for attachment of the properties worth Rs. 3,41,16,222/- (Rupees Three Crores, Forty one lakhs, Sixteen thousand, Two hundred and Twenty two only) as described in the Annexures-I to VII enclosed to this order under section 3 of the Criminal Law Amendment Ordinance, 1944.
