ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Weaker Section Housing
Programme, Hyderabad, among other things, requested the Government to issue
necessary administrative sanction orders for an amount of Rs. 101,88,00,863/- owards
payment of installment of principal and interest to HUDCO, Commercial Banks and
Home Finance Companies for the quarter ending 31.3.2012. The Housing Department
has supported the said proposal and referred to Finance (Expr.Hsg.) Department with a
request to issue B.R.O. Accordingly, the Finance (Expr.Hsg.) Department have issued
B.R.O. for an amount of Rs. 101,88,01,000/- under Plan in the reference 2nd read above.
2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government
hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 101,88,01,000/- to the
Commissioner, Weaker Section Housing Programme. Out of the amount so
sanctioned, an amount of Rs. 18,67,11,529/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores Sixty Seven
Lakhs Eleven Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Nine Only) is towards repayment
of principal and interest to HUDCO, Rs.79,36,35,326/- (Rupees Seventy Nine Crores
Thirty Six Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Six Only) is
towards repayment of principal and interest to Commercial Banks, Rs.1,51,02,846/-
(Rupees One Crore Fifty One Lakhs Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Six) is
towards repayment of principal and interest to HDFC, Rs.1,66,92,363/- (Rupees One
Crore Sixty Six Lakhs Ninety Two Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Three Only) is
towards repayment of principal and interest to National Housing Banks and
Rs.66,58,936/- (Sixty Six Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Six
Only) is towards interest waiver scheme under G.O.Ms.No. 42, Housing (RH) Dept., dt.
29.11.2008 for the quarter ending with 31.3.2012.

4. The Assistant Secretary, Finance (DCM) Department is authorized to draw an
amount of Rs.18,61,47,592/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores Sixty One Lakhs Forty Seven
Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Two Only) in favour of HUDCO,
Rs.1,51,02,846/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty One Lakh Two Thousand Eight Hundred and
Forty Six Only) in favour of HDFC and the remaining amount of Rs.81,75,50,562/- in
favour of Managing Director, A.P.State Housing Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad and
disburse the same to the Managing Director, A.P.State Housing Corporation Ltd.,
Hyderabad, by way of cheque.
