LABOUR EMPLOYMENT TRAINING & FACTORIES (EMP) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No.19, Dated: 16.02.2012. Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.1741, Labour, Employment, Training & Factories (Emp.) Department, Dated: 25.07.2007. 2. Minutes of the State Level Committee meeting held on 07.01.2012 in the chambers of Minister for LETF&B and ITIs. 3. From the Director of Employment and Training, Andhra Pradesh,Hyderabad, Lr.No.D/B2/1689/2011, dated 20.01.2012. **** ORDER: In the G.O 1 read above, orders were issued constituting a State Level st Committee for scrutinizing the recommendations of District Level Committees and to make recommendation for according sanction for new Private Un-aided Industrial Training Centres in the State. The District Level Committees have submitted recommendations in respect of 48 cases applications to State Level Committee for approval and the State Level Committee in the meeting held under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Minister for Labour Employment Training and Factories and ITIs, on 07.01.2012 has cleared and approved Forty Eight(48) recommendations / proposals vide minutes dated 07.01.2012 for establishment / sanction of 48 new Private Un aided Industrial Training Centres in the State as detailed in the Annexure to this order. 2. While submitting a copy of the above mentioned minutes, the Director of Employment and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Convener of State Level Committee has requested to issue necessary orders for starting of 48 new Private Un aided Industrial Training Centres in the State by the concerned Societies. 3. The Government, after careful consideration of the recommendations of State Level Committee, hereby, accord provisional permission to the Educational Societies concerned to establish 48 new Private Un aided Industrial Training Centres in the State as detailed in the Annexure to this order, subject to condition that the Managements of the Industrial Training Centres should fulfill all the conditions laid down in the G.O.Ms.No.123, Labour Employment Training & Factories Department, dated 27.03.1985, the G.O.Ms.No.243, Education (Emp.) Department, dated 19.09.1990, the G.O.Ms.No.9, Labour Employment Training & Factories Department, dated 28.03.1995 and also subject to production of necessary documents (Certificate of Registration under the Act etc). 4. The Government further order that the permission given at para (3) above is liable to be withdrawn/cancelled at any time, if it is noticed that the management has indulged in any willful disobedience/violation of rules, instructions issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh / the Government of India from time to time in this regard and deviations in respect of change of location of Industrial Training Centre, change of Trade/Units etc. without obtaining prior sanction of the competent authority. 5. The Director of Employment & Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is hereby directed to issue clear guidelines to Standing Committees, for their use at the time of inspection for affiliation of the trades / Units to the NCVT to verify the infrastructure for the respective Trades and Units as per norms of the National Council for Vocational Training. The Director of Employment & Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is further directed to issue letter of intent to the above Private Industrial Training Centers immediately duly following the relevant rules and procedure in vogue within a period of 15 days. 7. The Director of Employment & Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is also directed to complete the inspection within 15 days from the date of issue of “Letter of Intent” and allow admissions in the Industrial Training Centres during the academic session 2012-2013 onwards after satisfying that all the conditions laid down therein are fulfilled. 8. The Director of Employment and Training is further requested to inform the Director General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi in advance for affiliation of the above unaided Private Industrial Training Centres and also to request him to instruct the Director, Advance Training Institute to spare the services of the staff to constitute the Standing Committees to expedite the inspections. 9. The Director of Employment and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall send the compliance report to the Government within a month.
