In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad, and after careful examination of the matter in the light of the Judgment 5th read above, Government have decided to accord permission for approval of the proposals furnished by the C&DSE, Hyderabad. Accordingly, Government hereby accord permission for approval of the following cases of selections to fill up vacant posts in aided schools, by the competent authority in terms of the rules framed in the G.O.1st read above, where the process of recruitment had already been commenced prior to ban in Aided schools, pursuant to the initial permission granted.
