Read the following:- 1. Govt., letter.No. 7249/R.III(2)/2011, TR&B (R.III) Dept., dt. 27.6.2011. 2. From the Director General, National Academy of Construction, Hyd., Lr.No. N.A.C./DG/XII/7727, dt. 7.12.2011. @@@ ORDER:- In the reference first read above, Govt., have agreed for constitution of a seven member committee to examine the demands of the staff unions of National Academy of Construction. 2. In the reference second read above, the Director General, National Academy of Construction, Hyd., has stated that the Seven member Committee has met on 26-11-2011 to examine the demands of Staff Unions of National Academy of Construction and discussed the terms of references in detail and submitted their recommendations. 3. The Director General, NAC, has furnished the recommendations of the Committee for approval of the Government. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accepts the following recommendations of the Seven member committee:- (i) To hike the salaries of staff of National Academy of Construction by 12% for the employees up to the cadre of Assistant Directors and by 10% for the cadre from Deputy Director to the Additional Director General; (ii) To outsource the faculty for all future requirements; and (iii) No faculty need to be continued without work if no mobilization is done within a period of 60 days; 5. The hike in salary shall be allowed w.e.f. 01-01-2012. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No. 33454/1204/A2/Expr.PW/2011, dt. 19-12-2011.
