ORDER:
Whereas, it has come to the notice of the Government that
Sri K.Venkatarami Reddy, while serving as Executive Engineer, (R&B),
QC Division, Kadapa, and I/c Superintending Engineer (R&B) I & Q.C.
Kadapa, has committed grave misconduct in as much as he failed to
inspect the work of S.Rs to the road from Km.36/0 to 42/295 of
Dhone-Rayalacheruvu Road though the work was completed.
2. Now, therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (i) clause
(b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to
initiate departmental proceedings against the said Sri K.Venkatarami
Reddy, I/c Superintending Engineer (R&B) (Retired on 31.03.2010).
3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings
shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule
20 of the APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 by the Government.
