G.O. Ms. No. 108, G.A. (SU.III) Department, dated 28.03.1998. 2. G.A.(AR&T.I) Deptt., U.O.No.29037/AR&T.I/2010, dt.12.12.2011. **** O R D E R: The General Administration (AR&T.I) Department have stated that, in the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders creating (13) posts of Dispatch, Records and Tappal (DR&T) Assistants in the category of 7 (b) of Class B of A.P. Secretariat Service Rules 1997 in the following Departments of Secretariat by abolishing equal number of Attender posts in those Departments as detailed below. Welfare Department and YAT & C Department, the DR&T Assistant posts will be created by abolishing the vacant posts of Attenders to the extent as sanctioned in the G.O. 1st read above. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the G.A. (AR&T.I) Department, have proposed to re-allot (5) posts of Dispatch, Records and Tappal Assistants duly withdrawing (4) posts from YAT&C Department and (1) post from B.C. Welfare Department, earlier sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.108 G.A. (SU.III) Department, dated 28.03.1998, to the following Departments as they have abolished equal number of Attender posts in their Departments.
