TRANSPORT, ROADS & BUILDINGS (VIG.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 24 Dated:27.02.2012. *** ORDER: Whereas, it has come to the notice of the Government that Sri S.Vijaya Sekhara Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer, (R&B), Kalyandurg, Ananthapur District, while holding additional charge of the post of Executive Engineer (R&B) Kalyandurg, has committed grave misconduct in as much as he allowed payment for substandard work having bitumen deficiency beyond the tolerable limits in SDBC in Km.14/0 to 15/0, 16/0 to 17/0, 18/0 to 19/0, 21/0 to 22/0 & 24/0 to 25/0 and B.M in Km.18/0 to 19/0 which is liable for rejection, in respect of the work of improvements to the road from Km.0/0 to 31/4 (working reach from Km.9/0 to 27/0) of Kalyandrug – Madakasira Road in Anantapur District. The rejected value of the work is Rs.45.73 Lakhs. He has also failed to maintain OK Cards in respect of the above work 2. Now, therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (i) clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate departmental proceedings against the said Sri S.Vijaya Sekhara Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer, (R&B), Kalyandurg, Ananthapur District, (Retired on 31.05.2011). 3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 by the Government.
