O R D E R: Whereas it has been brought to the notice of the Government that Sri B.Satyanarayana, Superintending Engineer (Retd.) during his incumbency as Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle, Hanmakonda, Warangal District has committed grave misconduct in as much as he failed to submit his Annual Property Returns to the competent authority on or before 15th January of each year, through proper channel; he failed to submit proforma statements I to VI and failed to take necessary permission from the competent authority for acquisition of immovable property etc., amounting to misconduct in violation of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and whereas Government have come to a conclusion that there exists a prima facie case to initiate departmental action against Sri B.Satyanarayana, Superintending Engineer (Retd.). 2. Government of Andhra Pradesh, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under sub-clause (i) of clause(b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 hereby accord sanction to initiate Departmental Proceedings against the said Sri B.Satyanarayana, Superintending Engineer (Retd.). 3. It is further directed that Departmental Proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of A.P.Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991.
