Memo. No. 1320/659/A2/W&M/2007, Finance (W&M) Department, Dt: 11-12-2007, subject to meeting the expenditure within the Budget Estimate. 2. The expenditure on the above vehicle shall be debited under “Major Head 2701 - M&MI - 01 - Major Irrigation Commercial - MH 101 NSP - GH -11 Normal State Plan - SH -25” for the financial year 2012-13. 3.
