ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD
Department, Hyderabad in the references 2nd & 4th read above and after careful
examination of the matter, Government hereby direct the Engineer-in-Chief (IW),
Hyderabad to extend the New Common Categories Pay Scale of Rs. 1010-1800 in
Revised Pay Scale, 1986 to Sri N.Nagaiah, Assistant Foreman(Retired) in terms of
G.O.Ms.No.288 Finance & Planning (FW.PC.I)Department, dated: 17.11.1986,
notionally up to the date of filing OA No.2139/2011 and monetary benefits from the
date of filing OA No.2139/2011 as per the orders of APAT in OA No. 2139/2011
dated:13.4.2011 read with orders of Hon’ble APAT in OA No. 4206/1992 and batch,
dated: 4.2.2003.
2. The Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action in the matter accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (PC.I)Department vide
their U.O.No.1335/16/PC.I/A1/2012, dated: 30-01-2012.
