Gokarn, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Govt. of India as Director in APSRTC in place of Joint Secretary (T) Department of Road Transport & National Highways, Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport & National Highways, Govt. of India, New Delhi issued vide G.O.Ms. No. 21, TR & B (TR.II) Dept., Dt. 20-01-09.
