Govt. Memo.No. 15568/R.V/1/2009-1, dt. 29-07-2009. 2. From the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), State Roads, Hyderabad, Lr.No.9653/DEE-X/TZP-Medak /2011, Dt.03-08-2011. **** O R D E R: In the Memo 1st read above, Government have taken a policy decision not to take over other department roads to the control of R&B Department for maintenance for at least next six months, except when necessary for critical infrastructure projects. 2. In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), State Roads, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful consideration, hereby order to take over the following 3 Panchayat Raj Roads in Medak District to the control of Roads & Buildings Department. 1.Raghavapur S.T colony to Ravarukala S.C colony road from km.0/0 to 2/5. 2.Nangnoor to Baswapur road from Km.0/0 to 5/5. 3.Baddipadaga to Jyothiram Thanda(Via) S.C. Colony road from Km.0/0 to 5/0 3. The roads now transferred will be taken over on “as is where is” basis. No land acquisition will be taken up or initiated to increase existing width by the Roads & Buildings Department for the above roads. In case, there is any existing claim or litigation arising out of land acquisition, the Roads & Buildings Department will revert the roads back to Panchayat Raj Department. 4. The Roads & Buildings Department will only repair and maintain these existing roads and bring it to a motorable condition in the first phase. Improvements of a capital nature will be undertaken on the above roads in a phased manner according to a development programme. 5. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action to hand over the roads mentioned at para (2) above to the Engineer-in-Chief, R&B, State Roads, Hyderabad, after obtaining Resolutions of the concerned Zilla Parishads. . . . . .2 -2-6.
