In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued Orders for approval of the Four lanning of Narketpally – Addanki- Medarametla Road under PPP/ BOT- Toll model. 2. In the G.O 3rd read above, Government have accorded administrative sanction of Rs.22.52 Crores for shifting of utilities under cost of Pre- Construction Activities to the Four lanning of Narketpally – Addanki- Medarametla Road under relevant Head of Account. 3. In the letters 4th read above, the Chief Engineer (R&B) PPP, Hyderabad, has stated that in the G.O. 1st read above, Government have approved to take up the four laning of Narketpally-Addanki-Medarametla Road under PPP/BOT- Toll model. Accordingly, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have accorded Administrative Sanction including Pre-Construction activities for the above work vide G.O. 3rd read above, in which an amount of Rs.22.52 Crores was towards shifting of utilities. However, the said amount was sufficient only for shifting the electrical utilities, during the course of execution of the work, so far. 4. The CE(R&B) PPP, Hyderabad, has further stated that the Spl. Officer & Engineer-in-Chief, RWS&S, Hyderabad, has furnished estimates for shifting of Water Supply Pipe Lines for an amount of Rs.47.00 Crores, Rs.10.99 Crores & Rs. 1.06 Crores in Nalgonda, Guntur and Prakasam Districts respectively. 5. The CE(R&B) PPP, Hyderabad, has therefore, reported that the Revised Administrative Sanction is required to take up the shifting of RWS Pipe lines as tabulated below under relevant Heads of Account: S Name Total Cost of Pre-Construction Activities (Rs. The Chief Engineer (R&B) PPP, Hyderabad, has therefore, requested the Government to accord Revised Administrative Sanction for the amount of Rs.81.57 Crores to take up the shifting of RWS Pipe lines to the four laning of Narketpally-Addanki-Medarametla Road under PPP/BOT-Toll model, as the progress of four laning work is very much affected due to the existence of these Pipe lines, the Concessionaire is being instructed to take up shifting of these RWS pipe lines on ‘Turnkey basis’, in anticipation of the revised sanction and his action in doing so may please be ratified. 7. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative sanction for the amount indicated at column (6) of Para (5)above, to take up the shifting of RWS Pipe lines to the four laning of Narketpally-Addanki-Medarametla Road under PPP/BOT-Toll model, under the Head of Account-5054-COL Roads & Bridges-04- District and other Roads-MH 800 – Other Expenditure-GH 14 Normal State Plan-SH (36) – Lumpsum Provision for PPP projects-530– Major works-531 – Other Expenditure. 8. Government also hereby ratify his action in having issued instructions to the Concessionaire to take up shifting of these RWS pipe lines, in anticipation of the revised sanction. 9. The Chief Engineer (R&B) PPP, Hyderabad, is also directed to be more precise at the time of original Administrative Sanction in future. 10.
