(Ser.C) Department, dated: 4.1.1999. ***** ORDER:- In the Letter 1st read above, it has been brought to the notice of the Government that a surprise check was conducted by Anti Corruption Bureau officials on the stores of Government ITI (Girls), Kurnool, Kurnool District on 12.06.1998 and it is revealed that Sri M.Sudhakar Reddy (A.O.2), Senior Assistant, (Store-Keeper) Government ITI, Kurnool, Kurnool District has Purchased the material i.e. stationery tools and such other articles for the stores at higher rates then the existing market rates in violation of rules and regulations and thereby caused wrong full loss to the Government and wrongful gain to himself as well as others. Thus, he indulged in moral turpitude by the above act and his behaviour is unbecoming of a Government Servant. 2. Government based on the recommendations of the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad have accorded sanction for prosecution of against Sri M.Sudhakar Reddy (A.O.2), Senior Assistant, ( Store-Keeper) Government ITI, Kurnool, Kurnool District in G.O.3rd read above in a court of law for the above said offences. 3. In the Letter 5th read above, the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad has informed that the Special Judge under the prevention of Corruption Act for speedy trail of the cases of embezzlement of scholarship amount in Social Welfare Department etc., Hyderabad pronounced judgment on dated: 9.12.2011 in C.C.No.18/2008 and convicted Sri M.Sudhakar Reddy (A.O.2), Senior Assistant, (Store-Keeper) Government ITI, Kurnool, Kurnool District among others. He was found guilty and convicted U/s. 168 IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- in default of payment of fine to suffer simple imprisonment of a period of 3 months. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to impose the penalty of dismissal from service against Sri M.Sudhakar Reddy (A.O.2), Senior Assistant, ( Store-Keeper), Government ITI, Kurnool, Kurnool District withimmediate effect under Rule 9 (x), 25 (i) of A.P.C.S. (CC&A) Rules read with instruction issued in G.O.Ms.No.2, G.A. (Ser.C) Department, dated: 4.1.1999 for having being convicted by the court of the Special Judge under the prevention of Corruption Act for speedy trail of the cases of embezzlement of scholarship amount in Social Welfare Department etc., Hyderabad. 5. Accordingly, Government hereby direct Sri M.Sudhakar Reddy (A.O.2), Senior Assistant, ( Store-Keeper), Government ITI, Kurnool, Kurnool District be dismissed from service with immediate effect under Rule 9 (x), 25 (i) of A.P.C.S. (CC&A) Rules read with instruction issued in the G.O. 6th read above. 6. The Director of Employment and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 7. The following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:- NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 9 (x), 25 (i) of A.P.C.S. (CC&A) Rules read with instruction issued in G.O.Ms.No.2, G.A. (Ser.C) Department, dated: 4.1.1999, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby dismisses Sri M.Sudhakar Reddy (A.O.2), Senior Assistant, ( Store-Keeper), Government ITI, Kurnool, Kurnool District from service with immediate effect.
