Read the following: From the CE, NSP, Nalgonda lr.No. CE/ NSP /OT.4 /AEE.4 /5253 /77 /VOL.44 dated.04-06-2011,15-06-2011 and 07-01-2012. ::::::::::::::::: ORDER : In the reference read above, the Chief Engineer, NSP,Nalgonda has informed that the Superintending Engineer,NSLBC, O&M Circle, Miryalaguda has submitted the delocalization proposals for Addavagu, L.I.Scheme stating that the Executive Engineer, APSIDC Division, Miryalaguda has informed that the beneficiaries of Mattampally and Pedaveedu villages who belong to small and marginal farmers represented through Hon,ble MLA, Huzurnagar for providing LI Scheme near Mattampally village to create irrigation potential of 465.72 Acres. The Superintending Engineer, NSLBC,O&M Circle,Miryalaguda has stated that this ayacut is localized under Mattampally Major,20 L Minor of NSLBC Command area and not getting water being located at the tail end of 20L Minor of Mattampally Major and recommended for delocalization of ayacut of 465.72 Acres from NSP command area. The 20L Minor of Mattampally Major is included in modernisation of NS.Project under DC.9 Package which is under preparation. The Tahasildar, Mattampally Mandal,has certified that the above lands are not being cultivated by NSP Water since last five years due to non receiving of water. The Dist.Collector, Nalgonda has given concurrence for sending proposals to Government for taking up Lift Irrigation Scheme near Mattampally village. The Chief Engineer ,Minor Irrigation has stated that the Chief Engineer,IS&WR ,Hyderabad desired that the Hydraulic clearance may be issued only after obtaining No Objection Certificate from the Government for delocalizing the ayacut. 2. The Chief Engineer,NSP, Nalgonda while stating that there is no objection to delocalize the localized ayacut of 465.72 Acres on 20 L Minor of Mattampally Major from NSP Command Area, has requested the Government to delocalize the above ayacut from NSP Command Area. He has informed that after approval of the proposal, modernisation of 20L Minor of Mattampally would be deleted from APWSIP.3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord permission to delocalize the localized ayacut of 465.72 Acres on 20 L Minor of Mattampally Major from NSP Command Area as detailed in the Annexure appended to this order subject to condition that the modernisation of 20L Minor of Mattampally would be deleted from APWSIP. 4. The Chief Engineer, NSP, Nalgonda shall take necessary action accordligly.
