O R D E R:
Where as it has been brought to the notice of the Government
that Sri K. Muthaiah, Asst. Engineer (Retd.) during his incumbency
as Asst. Engineer, Irrigation Section Dharmavaram has committed
dereliction of duties amounting to misconduct and thus violated Rule
(3) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services ( conduct) Rules, 1964 and
whereas Government have come to a conclusion that there exists a
prima facie case to initiate departmental action against Sri K.
Muthaiah, Asst. Engineer (Retd.).
2. Government of Andhra Pradesh, therefore, in exercise of the
powers conferred on them under sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-
rule (2) of Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980
hereby accord sanction to initiate Departmental Proceedings against
the said Sri K. Muthaiah, Asst. Engineer (Retd.).
3. It is further directed that Departmental proceedings shall be
conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of
A.P Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
