From the ENC (AW) Lr.No. Rc/ENC I (2)/75890/2008, Dt: 11-11-2011, 9-12- 2011&30-12-2011. ***** ORDER : In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above , and in the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (AW) , Irrigation & CAD Department , Hyderabad in his letters 2nd to 4th read above and after careful examination of the matter , Government hereby order to effect the inter local cadre transfer of Sri .N.P.Naresh Babu , Office Subordinate who was appointed on compassionate grounds from the office of the SRBC Circle No.1 , Nandyal ,Kurnool District (now he has been working in AVR HNSS Circle No.2 , Anantapur on diversion basis ) to AVR HNSS Circle No.2 , Anantapur on permanent basis in the existing vacancy subject to condition that he will take last rank last below the regular candidate in the cadre of Office Subordinate ( Probationers/ approved probationers) in the new unit and to forego his lien and seniority in the parent Circle. He is not entitled for TTA on joining time as the transfer is on his request. 2. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW) ,Irrigation & CAD Department , Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter , accordingly .
