Read the following:-- 1. G.O.Ms.No. 40, I & CAD (PW.EA) Dept., Dt.4-3-2006. 2. From the E-N-C (I.W) Lr.No.ENC/IW/P&M/EE.III/DEE.10/ AE/Res/274/11, Dated 16-5-2011. @ @ @ ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, administrative sanction has been accorded to the work of “Construction of 4th & 5th Floors and for providing modular furniture to 1st and 3rd floors of Jalasoudha Building Complex at Errummanzil, Hyderabad” . 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the E-N-C (I.W) has submitted that the Committee of Chief Engineers constituted vide G.O.Ms.No. 128, I & CAD (PW- Genl) Dept dated 13-08-2003, during the meeting held on 01-04-2011 at 3.30 P.M have discussed the Revised Estimate for “Construction of 4th & 5th Floors and for providing modular furniture to 1st and 3rd floors of Jalasoudha Building Complex at Errummanzil, Hyderabad” in detail, as per the guidelines issued vide Govt. Memo No. 13687/Genl-2/004-1, dated 21-10-2003 and recommended for according administrative approval to the Revised Estimate of the above work for an amount of Rs.1090.56 lakhs. 3. Government, after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord Administrative approval for Revised estimate to the work of “Construction of 4th & 5th Floors and for providing modular furniture to 1st and 3rd floors of Jalasoudha Building Complex at Errummanzil, Hyderabad” for Rs.1090.56 Lakhs (Rupees one thousand and ninety lakhs and fifty six thousands only) . 4. The above expenditure is chargeable to head of account “4701-COL on Major & Medium Irrigation- 80 – General- MH Other expenditure – GH 11- Normal State Plan- SH (04) Construction of Jalasoudha buildings (to be opened)- 530 Major works- 531 Other expenditure”. 5. The Engineer-in-Chief (I.W) is advised that proper sequencing of the programme would avoid delay. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (W&P) Department vide their U.O.No.3484/Fin(A1)/11-1, Dated 28-1-2012.
