From the Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad Lr.NO.TA9/AEE1/IB.Kalikiri/30236/07, dt.22-2-2012. @@@@ ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.108.50 lakhs for construction of four suited Guest House at Kalikiri in Chittoor District. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad has submitted the revised estimates for an amount of Rs.142.50 lakhs as against the administrative sanction of Rs.108.50 lakhs for construction of four suited Guest House at Kalikiri in Chittoor District and also requested to ratify the action taken by the SE(R&B) Chittoor with regard to using the wood for the above building. 3. The Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.142.50 lakhs (Rupees one crore, forty two lakhs and fifty thousand only) as against the administrative sanction of Rs.108.50 lakhs, for construction of four suited Guest House at Kalikiri in Chittoor District and also ratify the action of the SE (R&B) Chittoor with regard to using the wood for the above building. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “4059 COL on PW – 60 Other Buildings –MH 051 Construction, SH(07) Constn. of I.Bs.-530- Major Works- 531 Other expenditure”. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PW) Dept. vide their U.O.No.6230/253/A2/Exp.pwd/12, dt.15-3-2012.
