G.O.Ms.No. 46, Minorities Welfare (ICM.II) Department, dt.13.11.2008. 2. From the Managing Director, A.P. State Christian Finance Corporation, Letter No.A3/63/APSCFC/2009, dated 02.06.2010. 3. Minorities Welfare Dept., U.O.No. 2384/ICM.II/A2/2010, dt. 8.2.2012. **** ORDER:- In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued creating a dedicated wing for Christian Minorities in the Minorities Welfare Department to focus on the issues faced by the Christian Community and address them in a time bound manner and coordinate of with other Ministers of the Government so that the issues pertaining to the Community could be addressed adequately by the Government. Accordingly, the post of Managing Director had been filled up on deputation basis from the cadre of joint Director and all the supporting staff are working on outsourcing basis. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Managing Director, A.P. State Christian Finance Corporation has stated that the existing personnel taken on outsourcing basis are unable to attend to the technical nature of work and there is no accountability in cash transactions. He has therefore requested the Government to appoint a first level Gazetted Officer i.e. Accounts Officer to maintain the financial transactions of the Corporation by deploying an Assistant Accounts Officer from Treasury & Accounts Department or Divisional Accounts Officer from the Office of the Accountant General, for proper accountability and safety for the funds released by the Government. 3. Government, after careful examination, here by order for sanction of one post of Accounts Officer in .A.P. State Minorities Christian Finance Corporation, Hyderabad which shall be filled up on deputation basis from Government Department without seeking Additional funds. The said post of Accounts Officer shall be filled up by deploying a Gazetted Accounts Officer i.e. an Assistant Accounts Officer from Treasury & Accounts Department or Divisional Accounts Officer from the office of the Accounts General with a Scale of Pay of Rs.19050 – 45850 on deputation basis to maintain the financial transactions of the Corporation. 4. The Minorities Welfare Department and the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Christian Finance Corporation, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
