Read the following:- 1. Govt. Memo.No. 15568/R.V/1/2009-1, dt. 29-07-2009. 2. From the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), State Roads, Hyderabad, Lr.No.9119/ DEE-X/TZP-Rangareddy/08, Dt.16/03/2012. **** O R D E R: In the Memo 1st read above, Government have taken a policy decision not to take over other department roads to the control of R&B Department for maintenance for at least next six months, except when necessary for critical infrastructure projects. 2. In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B),State roads, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful consideration hereby order to take over the following Panchayat Raj Roads of Medchal Constituency in Rangareddy District to the control of Roads & Buildings Department. 1. Cheeryal ’X’ road to Yadgarpally road from Km.0/0 to 3/6. 2. Keesara-Kundanpally ‘X’ road from Km.0/0 to 10/0. 3. Jawaharnagar to Dammaiguga road from km.0/0 to 4/5. 4. Road from Rajiv Rahadari (Shamirpet) to Usharpally from km.0/0 to 17/0. 5. Road from Bommarsipet to Laxmapur from Km.13/0 to 28/6. 6. Road from PWD road to Rajiv Rahadari via Rajabollaram,Yadaram from km.0/0 to 7/0. 7. Road from PWD road to DMC via pudur from km.0/0 to 5/5. 8. Road from Ravalkole to NH 7 via Ravalkole Tanda from 0/0 to 4/0. 9. Nutankal to NH 7 via Dhabilpur road from km.0/0 to 5/100. 10. Bahadurpally to Bourampet road from km.0/0 to 4/0. 3. The roads now transferred will be taken over on “as is where is” basis. No land acquisition will be taken up or initiated to increase existing width by the Roads & Buildings Department for the above roads. In case, there is any existing claim or future claim or litigation arising out of land acquisition, the Roads & Buildings Department will revert the roads back to Panchayat Raj Department. 4. The Roads & Buildings Department will only repair and maintain these existing roads and bring it to a motorable condition in the first phase. Improvements of a capital nature will be undertaken on the above roads in a phased manner according to a development programme. 5. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action to hand over the roads mentioned at para (2) above to the Engineer-in- Chief, R&B, State Roads, Hyderabad, after obtaining Resolutions of the concerned Zilla Parishad. . . . . .2-2- 6.
