Younus, Jamedar, dt:nil received on 12/01/2011. **** ORDER In the reference 7th read above, Smt. Rahmath Bee,,(Legal heir) to (Late) Sri. Mohd Younus, Jamedar, Industries & Commerce Department, has stated that her husband Sri Mohd. Younus expired on 24/08/2010 while in Service as Jamedar in Industries and Commerce Department. She has enclosed death certificate of her husband and Family members (legal heir) certificate to that effect and herself and her 1st and 3rd sons have submitted their “No Objection” for giving compassionate appointment to her 2nd son Sri Iliasuddin. Sri. Iliasuddin is willing to take employment on compassionate grounds and requested to appoint in any suitable post vide reference 10th read above. He has submitted his Intermediate pass certificate along with the 7th Class Bonafide Certificate. 2. In the reference first read above, orders have been issued for providing permanent relief to the family of a deceased Government Servant who dies in harness while in Service by appointing his/her Son/daughter/Spouse to the post which is equal to or less than that of L.D.C(Junior Assistant) for which such dependent are eligible without the media of Employment Exchange/A.P.P.S.C., subject to certain conditions specified therein. 3. In the reference 4th to 6th read above, Government have introduced Contributory Pension Scheme for A.P. State Government employees and to all the posts w.e.f 1st September, 2004. (P.T.O)=2= 4. In the above circumstances, Government, after careful examination and in exercise of powers conferred under Rule4(2)(a) of Andhra Pradesh Last Grade Service Rules, here-by appoint Sri Iliasuddin, S/o.(Late) Mohd Younus, Jamedar, Industries & Commerce Department purely on temporary basis as Office Subordinate under A.P. Last Grade Service Rules in the Scale of 6700-200-7300- 220-7960-240-8680-260-9460-280-10300-300-11200-330-12190-360-13270- 390-14440-420-15700-450-17050-490-18520-530-20110 with usual allowances admissible from time to time and also subject to the condition that he is covered by the Contributory Pension Scheme as per G.Os 4th to 6th read above. The existing Pension Scheme as per Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 is not applicable to him. 5. Sri Iliasuddin, S/o.(Late) Mohd Younus, Jamedar, is informed that his appointment as Office Subordinate under Andhra Pradesh Last Grade Service Rules is purely on temporary basis and his services are liable for termination besides any other action that could be taken under the law and non-compliance of any conditions stated in the appointment. 6. The individual so appointed is requested to execute the following undertaking at the time of joining as contemplated in the Circular Memo 3rd read above and as indicated below: “An undertaking in writing should be taken that he(the person appointed) will properly maintain the family members who were dependent on the Government servant (deceased Government employee) and in case it is subsequently proved (at any time) that the family members are being neglected or are not being maintained properly by him the appointment may be terminated forthwith.” (This order issues with the concurrence of General Administration (Ser.G)Dept., vide their U.O.No..12173/Ser.G /A1/2011-1 dated 30/06/2011 and Fin.
