G.O.Ms.No. 12, Finance (SMPC.I) Department, dated: 02.02.2011. 2. From the Press Secretary to Chief Minister, Note dated 20-9-2011. 3. G.A. (OP.II) Department, U.O. No. 30546/OP.II/11, dt: 10.02.2012. **** ORDER: The General Administration (OP.II) Department have stated that in the reference 2nd read above, the Press Secretary to Chief Minister, has requested to appoint Sri M.Kamaraju, Section Officer, as his Additional Private Secretary duly upgrading the post of Personal Assistant to that of Additional Private Secretary. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the General Administration (OP.II) Department have requested to create one post of Additional Private Secretary in the peshi of Press Secretary to Chief Minister, w.e.f. 17.09.2011 duly upgrading one vacant post of Personal Assistant. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord sanction for Upgradation of one post of Personal Assistant to that of Additional Private Secretary temporarily to work in the Peshi of Press Secretary to Chief Minister with effect from 17.09.2011 and to fill the post on deputation basis. 4. The post sanctioned in para 3 above shall be co-terminus with the tenure of the Press Secretary to Chief Minister or till the necessity for the post ceases whichever is earlier. 5.
