Read the following:- 1. From the Transport Commissioner, Lr.No.7535/C3/2007, dt. 28.07.2010. 2. Government Memo. No. 8476/Ser.IV/2009-2, dated 25.04.2011. 3. T.R. & B (Ser.IV) Department, U.O.No. 8476/Ser.IV/09-10, dt.22.2.2012. oOo ORDER: The T.R. & B. Department have stated that, in the reference first read above, the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has proposed for creation of one (01) Supernumerary post of Regional Transport Officer by abolishing the existing supernumerary post of Motor Vehicles Inspector (Road Safety Programmes) in Transport Department created in G.O.Ms.No.136, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 17.05.2008 wherein Sri P. Madhushana Rao, Motor Licensing Officer, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Gazipur Dairy Farm, Delhi has been working on deputation and whose designation Motor Licensing Officer which is an equivalent to the post of Regional Transport Officer. He has further stated that his services would be useful for the Department for improving the Road Safety by conducting proper driving tests at Driving Testing Tracks at Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Districts and further his period of deputation in the supernumerary post of Motor vehicle Inspector have been extended for further period of three years with effect from 09.08.2010 vide Govt. Memo. Second read above. The expenditure will be met by the Department from its existing budgetary provision in the following head of account – “2041 – Taxes on vehicles - 001 – Direction and Administration – 01 – Head Quarters Office – 010 – Salaries”. 2. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord sanction for creation of one supernumerary post in the cadre of Regional Transport Department by abolishing the existing supernumerary post of Motor Vehicles Inspector sanctioned in G.O.Rt.No.136, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 17.05.2008, subject to meet the expenditure from the existing budgetary provisions. 3.
