From Director of Mines & Geology, Hyderabad, File No.6127/R7 -1/ 2012, dated 18.02.2012. *** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, a Mining Lease was granted for Quartz over an extent of 1.336 Hectares (3.32 Acres) in Sy. No.77 of Gummadivalli Village, Devarakonda Mandal, Nalgonda District in favaour of M/s. Paramount Minerals for a period of ten (20) Years and the Mining Lease was executed on 17-08-2001 and the said lease will be in force upto 16-08-2021. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the transferor M/s. Paramount Minerals, Mg. Partner Sri M. A. Saleem has submitted a representation along with notarized affidavit stating that, since the date of commencement of mine, they are facing lot of problems for marketing the Mineral and also the labour and financial problems. Hence, he requested to transfer the above Mining Lease in favour of M/s. ADSR Construction represented by its Mg. Partner Sri A. Madhusudhan Reddy who is a businessman and have good experience in the mineral field. He has further stated that, there is no speculation in the proposed transfer except the consideration amount of `.30,000/- for the proposed transfer to meet the actual amount spent by him for developing the mine. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the transferee M/s. ADSR Construction, Mg. Partner: Sri A. Madhusudhan Reddy have submitted a representation along with notarized affidavit stating that, they will abide all the conditions and rules and any mineral dues against the transferor if found in future. 4. In the reference 4th read above, the Director of Mines & Geology has requested the Government to consider the transfer of mining lease for Quartz over an extent of 1.336 hectares (3.32 Acres) in Sy. No.77 of Gummadivalli (V), Devarakonda (M), Nalgonda District held by M/s Paramount Minerals in favour of M/s. ADSR Construction for the unexpired period of 16-8-2021 subject to the conditions that (1) the transferee shall submit Consent for Establishment from APPCB and (2) the ADM&G Nalgonda shall plot the Geo Co-ordinates of the lease area with permanent reference points, before execution of transfer of lease deed. 5. In the above circumstances and after careful examination of the proposal of the Director of Mines & Geology, Government under Rule 37 of M.C. Rules, 1960, hereby accord permission for transfer of the Mining Lease (P.T.O.)-2- held by M/s. Paramount Minerals Mg. Partner: Sri M.A. Saleem for Quartz over an extent of 1.336 hectares (3.32 Acres) in Sy. No. 77 of Gummadivalli (V), Devarakonda (M), Nalgonda District in favour of M/s. ADSR Construction, Mg. Partner: Sri A. Madhusudhan Reddy for the unexpired lease period i.e., upto 16.08.2021, subject to the conditions that (1) the transferee shall submit Consent for Establishment from APPCB and (2) the ADM&G Nalgonda shall plot the Geo Co-ordinates of the lease area with permanent reference points, before execution of transfer of lease deed and subject to satisfaction of MM(D&R) Act, 1957 and the rules made thereunder. 6. The transfer of lease deed, should be executed within three months from the date of issue of this order and both the transferor and transferee should pay all mineral revenue dues to the Government till the date of transfer, before execution of the transfer lease deed. 7. The Director of Mines and Geology shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
