Mining Lease application of M/s Kreon Infra (P) Ltd, dated 06.12.2008. 2. Govt. Memo. No. 4711/M.I(2)/2009, dated 03.08.2009. 3. From the Director of Mines & Geology, Hyderabad file No.7988/R7-1/2009, dated 09.02.2012. *** O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, Government have proposed for grant of Mining Lease for Laterite over an extent of of 58.00 Acres (23.47 Hectares)in Sy. No.185, Ananthavaram village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favour of M/s Kreon Infra (P) Ltd. for a period of 20 Years, subject to submission of Environmental Clearances from Govt. of India and AP Pollution Control Board in accordance with S.O No. 1533, dated 14.09.2006, and the applicant was requested to submit the Approved Mining Plan under Rule 22(4) of Mineral Concession Rules, 1960. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Mines & Geology, Hyderabad has stated that the applicant has submitted the Mining Plan Approved by the Joint Director of Mines & Geology, Hyderabad. As per the Approved Mining Plan, the mineable reserves are 22,66,760 tonnes and the life of the mine is 13 years at the rate of production 1,80,000 tonnes per year. He has further submitted the Environmental Clearance issued by GoI vide Order No. SEIAA/AP/RRD-149/2010, dated 05.03.2011, Consent For Establishment Order issued by the A.P. Pollution Control Board vide order No. 885/RR-II/PCB/ZOH/CFE/2011, dated 06.01.2012 combined sketch signed by the Tahsildar, Chevella, ADM&G, Hyderabad and applicant. The Director of Mines & Geology, Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government for grant of Mining Lease for Laterite over an extent of of 58.00 Acres (23.47 Hectares)in Sy. No.185, Ananthavaram village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favour of M/s Kreon Infra (P) Ltd for a period of 20 Years subject to condition to obtain permission from the Mines safety Department before starting mining operations since the HT line passing south-east of the demarcated area at a distance of 150 mts. and subject to satisfaction of rules and regulations laid down in Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 and under sections of MM(D&R) Act, 1957. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby grant the Mining Lease for Laterite over an extent of 58.00 Acres (23.47 Hectares) in Sy. No. 185, Ananthavaram village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favour of M/s Kreon Infra (P) Ltd for a period of 20 Years, subject to condition to obtain permission from the Mines safety Department before starting mining operations since the HT line passing south-east of the demarcated area at a distance of 150 mts. and subject to satisfaction of MM (D&R)Act,1957 and the Rules made thereunder and also subject to the additional conditions specified in the Appendix to this order. 4. The rates of royalty, dead rent, and surface rent and water charges shall be collectable as follows: I.ROYALTY: Laterite : (a) Zero point five zero per cent. of London Metal Exchange Aluminium metal price chargeable on the contained aluminium metal in ore produced for those despatched for use in alumina and aluminium metal extraction. (b) Twenty five per cent. of sale price on ad valorem basis for those despatched for use other than alumina and aluminium metal extraction and for export (P.T.O.)-2- II. Dead Rent: (Rates of dead rent in rupees per hectare per annum or as revised from time to time) From second year of Third year and Fifth year lease fourth year onwards 200 500 1000 III. Surface Rent, water Charges and Cess: As fixed by the Government from time to time. 5. The grantee should execute the lease deed within the time limit specified in Rule 31 of Mineral Concession Rules, 1960. 6. The grantee should pay a deposit of Rs.10,000/- as prescribed under Rule 32 of the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 before the lease is actually executed. 7. The terms and conditions referred to in paras 4 to 6 of this order are subject to such further modifications, additions and alterations as may be ordered before the lease deed is executed. 8. The Director of Mines and Geology shall take necessary further action for the execution of the lease deed after satisfying himself that the grantee fulfils all the required provisions of the amended Act and Rules. As soon as the deed is executed, the date of such execution should be reported to the Government. Note:- The grant is liable for cancellation, should it be found at a later date that it was grossly inequitable or was made under a mistake of fact or owing to misrepresentation or fraud or in excess of authority.
