Based on the recommendations of the Implementation Committee, orders were issued in the reference third read above continuing the cadre strength in respect of all Departments of Secretariat and Heads of Departments up to 28.2.2009. In the reference second read above orders were issued for continuation of the posts, mentioned in the Government Orders in the reference third read above for a further a period up to 29.02.2012. 3. In the G.O. fourth read above, in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the PAOs and other offices in the Works Accounts service, orders were issued continuing the temporary posts in that Department for the period from 1.3.2012 to 28.02.2013 pending issue of general orders. 4. After careful examination of the matter, and in continuation of the orders issued in the G.O. fourth read above, Government hereby continue the posts, mentioned in the Government Orders under the reference 3rd read above, for a further period of one year w.e.f. 01.03.2012 to 28.02.2013 or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier.
