State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Smt. M. Usha Rani, Section Officer (now on OD as Accounts Officer in Finance Department) is temporarily promoted as Assistant Secretary to Government in Finance Department (Class-B, Category 4 (b) of A.P. Secretariat Service Rules) in the pay scale of Rs.23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900- 900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-49360/- from the date of assumption of charge. 2. The promotion ordered above is purely on temporarily basis and the individual is liable to be reverted without assigning any reasons thereof and also subject to outcome of court cases pending, if any, in various Courts / Tribunal relating to the inter-se-seniority of feeder categories and also representations if any. 3. The above individual shall report within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order as per rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, failing which she shall forfeit her promotion right / offer for the present and future for the post of Assistant Secretary to Government as she is now considered as per the provisions of Rule 11 (b) of A.P.
