Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No. 522, General Administration (OP.II) Department, dt. 27.08.2011. 2. G.O.Ms.No. 96, General Administration (Poll.C) Department, dt. 06.02.2012. 3. G.A. (OP.II) Department, U.O.No. 3994/OP.II/A1/2012-1, dated 02.03.2012. * * * O R D E R: In the G.O. second read above, orders were issued appointing two new Ministers of the Council of Ministers with effect from 06.02.2012 A.N. 2. In the reference third read above, the General Administration (OP.II) Department have requested to create the following posts in the peshies of two new Ministers, as per the pattern specified in the G.O. first read above:- For (02) new Minister Peshies:- 1. Private Secretary (Gazetted) : 02 x 1 = 02 2. Two Personal Assistants (Non-Gazetted) (Or) one Additional Private Secretary (Gazetted)/ : 02 x 2 = 04 one Personal Assistant (Non-Gazetted) 3. Additional Driver : 02 x 1 = 02 4. Jamedar : 02 x 1 = 02 5. Office Subordinate : 02 x 3 = 06 3. Government have examined the matter carefully and hereby create the above mentioned posts temporarily w.e.f. 06.02.2012 A.N. These posts shall be filled on deputation basis. 4. The post sanctioned in para three above shall be co-terminus with the tenure of the Minister concerned or till the necessity for the post ceases whichever is earlier. 5.
