(PRC.VI) Department, dt. 28-051980. 2) Minutes of the XXI State Level Committee Meeting held on 18.02-2012. on Agenda No.12. *** ORDER: According to Rule 7 (1) (a) of the A.P. Employees Welfare Fund Rules, 1980, the limit of loan shall not exceed 5,000/- in any one case. 2) In the meeting of XXI State Level Committee of A.:P. Employees Welfare Fund held on 18-02-2012, it has been decided to enhance the ceiling of existing loan sanction authority by District Level Committees in the State and Twin Cities Committee, Hyderabad, A.P. Employees Welfare Fund from 5,000/- to 10,000/. 3) These orders shall come into force from the date of issue of these orders. 4) In pursuance of the above decision, the following Amendment is issued to A.P. Employees Welfare Fund, Rules, 1980.
