No. 410/ Admn.V-1/2003, dated 10-12-2011. 8) Higher Education Dept., U.O.No.8362/CE.II-2/2010, dt 03.03.2012. ***** ORDER:- In the G.Os., 1st and 2nd read above orders were issued to take over the management of KNM Degree College, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District along with staff of the College by the Government subject to the following conditions:- 1. The management should transfer all the movable properties and assets without liabilities to the Government free of cost. 2. The management should transfer all immovable properties through a deed of conveyance to the Government. The Deed of conveyance should be registered afterwards. 3. Only qualified, willing and suitable persons will be absorbed into the Government service against the posts as per the existing service Rules. 4. The liabilities, if any also be settled by the Society, before takeover of the college. 2. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education (CCE) was requested to take over the college from the management through conveyance deed and also submit necessary proposals for sanction of expenditure indicating the suitable Head of Account. In the G.O. 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Collegiate Education (CCE), was directed to take necessary action for Physical takeover of KNM Degree College, Mirayalaguda, Nalgonda District along with the assets, liabilities, Aided Teaching and Aided Non-Teaching Staff who are presently working in the College, as per the conveyance deed to be registered by the management in favour of the Government and send a compliance report within seven (7) days in the matter. 3. The C.C.E., A.P., Hyderabad in his letters 3rd, 5th and 7th read above has proposed for creation of Teaching, Non-Teaching and Contingent posts in the said KNM Govt. Degree College, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District for smooth functioning of the college and requested to sanction the following Teaching, Non-Teaching and Contingent posts in KNM Govt. Degree College, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District and issue necessary orders in the matter. He has requested the Government to sanction budget for the taking over College in the matter.(A) TEACHING STAFF: Sl. After careful examination of the matter, it is observed that the salaries of the employees of the College taken over have to be drawn through the Treasuries, it is necessary to formally create the posts already admitted into grant-in-aid in addition to the new posts to be created. Thus, keeping in view the above points, Government hereby accord sanction for creation of the following Teaching, Non-Teaching posts, duly discontinuing the vacant posts. Consequent to this, all the Aided posts sanctioned to the College stand abolished. (A) TEACHING STAFF: Sl.
