(2) From the CH&T, (FAC),A.P. Hyd., Lr.Rc.No.7371/2010-K1, dt:01.11.11, 28.11.201, and 30-01-2012. (3) G.O.Rt.No.665, Finance ( Exp.I&C) Department, dated 27-02-2012. *** O R D E R :- In the reference 1st read above, the President, the Uravakonda Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sales Society, Uravakonda, Anantapur District has requested for sanction of an amount of Rs. 45.00 lakhs towards construction of a common work shed for quality dyeing for the Society duly enclosing the land details i.e.., 0.20 cents at Sy.No.561/AB L.P. No.70/95/deed No. 413-211 and Sketches, Plans and Estimates to the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Further stated that there are no allegations/enquiries/inspections /vigilance enforcement enquiries / statutory enquiries pending against Uravakonda Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Ltd., O.W.No.66, Uravakonda. He further added that it is in dire necessity and interest of weavers development and requested to consider the proposal of Society to sanction Financial Assistance to a tune of Rs.45.00 lakhs (Rupees Forty Five Lakhs only) for construction of Common Work Shed for Quality Dyeing, under one roof, i.e., in the premises of the Society. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms and Textiles and Commissioner, Apparel Export Parks, (FAC), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has recommended for sanction of Rs.45.00 lakhs to the Uravakonda Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Ltd., Urvakonda, Anantapur District, for construction of Common Work shed, for the purpose of Dyeing. 3. After careful examination of the matter and keeping in view of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Exp.I&C) Department, vide reference 3rd read above, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.45.00 lakhs (Rupees Forty Five lakhs only) towards construction of Common Workshed in the premises of the Uravakonda Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production & Sales Society Ltd., Uravakonda, Ananthapur District, for quality dyeing under the “Scheme for Handloom and Textile Promotion”. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account :- “2851 - Village and Small Industries - MH.103- Handloom Industries - G.H.11 - Normal State Plan - SH(38) - Financial Assistance to Handloom & Textile Promotion 310 - Grants-in-aid 312 - Other Grants-in-aid” (PTO)-5- 5. The Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw the amount sanctioned above and he is requested to keep the amount, sanctioned above, in the Joint Account with the Assistant Director (H&T), and the President of the Society, concerned under intimation to Government and the work shall be executed under the overall supervision of the Director of Handlooms & Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 6. The above sanction shall be released as per the terms and conditions prescribed for construction of Common Workshed under the “Scheme for Training and Infrastructural Support to Handloom Sector”. 7. The Director, Handlooms & Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action to release and to utilize the amount for the purpose for which it is sanctioned properly. 8. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.5080/52/Expr.I&C/2012, dt. 27-02-2012 and as per the B.R.O. issued vide G.O.Rt.No.665, Finance ( Exp.I&C) Dept, dt.27-02-2012.
